Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@skns.co or through our live chat, please provide us with your order number and the reason for your return along with any images if your order was incorrect or damaged.

After your return has been approved, please send the items back to us using any delivery method. Please keep in mind that we only provide free returns if the items arrived damaged or were not as ordered. For all other returns, the buyer must cover the cost. Please note that we will not accept any items sent back without a prior return request.

Damages and issues

Please examine your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This will enable us to evaluate the problem and correct it by either providing a replacement or issuing a free return for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please contact us through our live chat or via email at hello@skns.co. Once we confirm your exchange request and the replacement item, we will ask you to return the original item to us. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the original item. As soon as we receive the original item, we will send out the requested replacement item promptly.


14-day cooling-off period for International orders

In addition to the above, if the items are being shipped outside of the United Kingdom, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided that the items are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returns unless an incorrect product was shipped or the product arrived damaged. Before returning any items, please contact us at hello@skns.co or via live chat to initiate the return process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
